Anyone has tried on the the above? I have read up tyrereview and tirerack and couldn't come to a decision.

I am currently on CSC3.
Initially I was set on PS3 due to its handling better than CSC3 tilll I saw the results on Assy2. The thing tt won me over was the braking distance in both wet and dry. Not only tt, it has lower rolling resistance than PS3.

This I thought is quite applicable to our climate.

Anyone has any encounters with the sidewall crack on GY Assy2?

Thanks for your inputs.

anyone can provided feedback on above tires?????? looking at these 3 types too!

I had the chance to press the sidewall of the CSC5 and compare it wif my current CSC3.

The former sidewall is really..... HARD!!

As of now, I'm quite set on CSC5 liao till I go tyre shop to confirm my choice

PS3 225/45/R18

Used 1 year on my previous ride

Solid performer

Not much squealy sounds when turning fast

Excellent grip on dry and wet

Some road noise felt after 10K Km

1 piece tyre Side wall cracked (Maybe i suay [:(] )

CSC5 225/45/R18

Currently using on new ride

Dry grip is excellent

Grip is just slightly worse off than PS3 on Wet (Especially acclerating off traffic junction pedestrian crossing white lines in rain)

Quite alot of Tyre squealy sounds when turning especially in polished concrete floorings (Carparks)

Tyre still quite new, so no intrusive road noises so far (Could be the car is quite new also)

GY F1 ASSY2

Never tried before

Using CSC5 225/40/R18

Excellent performance all around, great grip in dry and dissipates water in wet very well (drove through a huge puddle at night without seeing it, my car didn't feel like aquaplanning or losing traction for once.). Excellent road feedback as well. Highly recommended for the price point - for some reason they are really affordable and less expensive than I thought they would be.

Turbocharged

I am on GY F1 Asy2, 225/40R18. Good!

I would think these 3 tires are amongst the top tier tires.

Wouldn't go wrong if choose either one.

Off course there are other comparable ones from say Bridgestone/Pirelli etc.....

Great. Any cons on this? Noise level good?

GYF1A2 - sidewalls r soft but can be managed with air pressure. Need to experiment with different levels of air pressure to find optimum balance of grip, handling and comfort.

on noise level, my ride's noise insulation is bad but seems tyre noise depends alot on road surface. Some roads are quiet while others r really noisy.
