Imho any party (not referring to political ones) doing this, is good if it's indeed looking for solutions for public benefits.

Frankly i would applaud even more if the govt is the one that doing this instead of some company (even if it's hired to do so).

I believe the main issue would be who going to pay the big bill if it is solution to the flood/ponding or home nursing...

Solution is to develop time travel machine to transport us back to the 80s and 90s way before all this mess started because someone had the bright idea that our population not enough so have to bring in hordes of FTs!

 

Or better still, travel way back to the 70s and stop the "Stop at Two" policy!! So there is no excuse to import the hordes of FTs in future.
