saw an accident today involving a L-plate and and motor bike.

Was wondering who will shoulder the liability for insurance claims?

the motor bike or the L-plate?

Twincharged

I think the instructor's insurance will cover it...heard it long ago from my own instructor

This is what I heard too. That is why the instructors always play safe and help you brake. I got one instructor who was so worried that I'll crash that he keep stepping on the brakes when I was in the filter lane turning left. He only released the brakes when there was totally no cars on the road. The left lane clear and can filter out already he still don't let me go.
