Recommendation for documents scanning solution

Anyone has any good office documents handling and scanning solution to recommend?

 

Must be able to

 

- scan consolidated batch documents (high volume - about 20 batches per day);

 

- consolidated documents are often of different sizes (A4, B5 and odd sizes), different colours, different quality and texture;

 

- for archiving purpose;

 

- delete certain pages (in the event need to remove pages not supposed to be scanned / attach notes & comments on scanned documents.

 

Speed must be fast for different document size handling. Typical handling for a AIO machine for varied document sizes is to open the cover, put in page 1 to scan, open the cover and put page 2 to to scan and so on....... = very time consuming).

The present Ricoh or Canon copies are able to do the scanning into digital formats,

batch no issues, we did a manual 200 pages, using the machine in the office, in COLOR.
