Want free parking. Just park at the golf course next to it. FOC till closure.

MBGC? How to walk over? Swim? [laugh]

Last time I go, yes, still free.

When was the last time you went?

Anyway I think it will be converted to a paid carpark very soon due to its proximity to Gardens By The Bay.

From golf car park you can walk thru the new park opposite the Gdn by the Bay, then use the barrage dam to cross over to the garden [:)]

Opened already, since last Friday. Yes, Barrage is walking distance to the Gardens, in-fact just next to each other.

For the best fireworks view, you should cross the bridge and watch it in-front of MBS, facing the Fullerton Hotel, Esplanade, etc.

can park at barrage but need to walk a bit

May I ask if the park is free or there is an entry charges? From news source, seem like there is an entry charges! [:(]

Can park at the barrage...short walk...yes still free..

Been there last sat night terrible jam...cars parked all over the place...some even

blocking bus stops..some lined up at the middle of the road near

the divider..because going inside the Gardens CP long jam (tail back almost

at Marina Place Road)...

I suggest let the grand opening hooha subside before visiting...or park

at MBS open cp (Wilson) and use the bridge to cross to the Gardens. Easy-in

and Easy-out.

Park at Barrage, walk to the Gardens, then use overhead (from Dragonfly Bridge) link bridge to MBS (you be crossing ECP), from MBS walk to the Waterfront Promenade and sit there to watch fireworks, or if you are early can watch the RSAF aerial display at about 6.30-7pm.

Bro, the distance you mentioned is not short leh... better think twice.

Also the link from Golf Club to Barrage is under some kind of construction or renovation (at the end of the park towards the dam). During the day it is open and public can access, but night time it is closed and locked-up... someone told me this!
