-33% in quota = + 50% in price?

So cat A will be somewhere round $90k?

Cat E cut approx 25% - but probably more inelastic, so + 40% in price, become about $120k?

Seems like right?

But cat E got cut.

Wonder - will we see Cat A and B on par, or will there still be a gap?

Does govt think circa $80k is "correct" level and want both to be somewhere around here?

Interestingly, Cat C got increase - so commercial vehicle price should drop back a bit.

So base on the above number..for twice per month bidding.. can we say it about 380+ quota per bidding for CAT A?

Cat B quota only change by 2

But price will probably be driven up by
a) Cut in Cat E
b) Cut in Cat A

So yeah - would think got increase.

Will bidding cross $100k in next round?

Cat A is the bread and butter quota.

Definitely it will surge upwards....a 33 percent cut is so unexpected. I was wondering why the taxi company was bidding so aggressively in the last few bidding.

Did the TAXI COMPANY knew something that we didn't know. Can just speculate. Mmmmm

If annualise the figure, it is about 1.8% of the population - it should be at least 10% ...

there will be some BUMPER crops of COE to come soon - unless govt screws with the figures
