Been having it for 1 week plus.
Tried every known home remedies but none works.
Gotten worst today.
My new nick name in office is Robocop..

Anyone got good solutions?

just do proper neck stretching....it works

Let it heal by itself. And it may need to take sometime to recover. Sometimes i have stiff shoulder, dont know whether due to sleeping at one side too long, and it takes me about 1 month to get well! sleep.gif

no, it doesnt heal by itself. even if it does, it takes a long time
you really need to stretch it properly.

If it's not getting better, time to see the doc and get some anti-inflammation medicine.

Correct, cannot do certain sports activities, like gym. But still can jog. tongue.gif

It's not the pain..My threshold for pain is quite high.. It's the sight of it. haha
That's why I chose LA the last time I went to remove 3 wisdom tooth.

Usually stiff neck and shoulder normally is due to poor sleeping posture.

Do some simple stretching to see whether it relieves the stiffness?
e.g. Push your shoulders upwards towards your ears, and hold it there for around 10 seconds. Do a few reps. Stop if there's pain.

Nowadays, the only activity that requires me to look down is peeing tongue.gif

ok, will try but kinda hard.. quite painful.
