Private Car Registration Number Plate

Few years ago, LTA had suggested and look into the ideal for allowing 'Private' number to be registered on S'pore road. It was widely reported in the press.

 

What happen to these proposal ?

Maybe this project doesnt generate high profits and also maybe very troublesome to change all the current car plate, that's why no picture no sound?!

I have thought of a few names for my registeration of private numbers .....
