The cyclist suddenly wanted to cross the road at the traffic light. Dunno what the hell he was thinking. Anyway good luck to him. Only Chinese cross road that way back in their homeland, even when I'm a child cycling on the road I know how to check back for vehicle before changing lane. I think it's hard to siam, the car cam angle is not our POV, the angle might be even sharper than we perceive from the clip. From the video, it really looks like the boy wanted to suicide.
