The Lemon Law is taking place soon...........

Even if there's a case to be fought, it's definitely not worth the time and money unless the amount is substantial...

one should exercise one's common sense. 3 mins of spinning in a circle better than 30 mins of running? burns more calories?

just like all the london slimming ads.. if their treatment works, all plastic surgeons can sell their liposuction equipment already.

3mins I think ppl will most likely loose their balance and fall off the machine. :D

If 3mins can loose weight on this machine it would be called a miracle. [rolleyes]

This can only happen in America... -_-

Land of the brave and free stupid... Only in America:

"Caution: Contents are Hot" is printed on coffee cups, so cover McD's asses from lawsuits, when customers scald themselves with hot coffee.

Burglar sues houseowner when he injured himself when breaking in. And the burglar won.

Smokers blame tobacco companies for causing them lung cancer.

Fat people sue McD's for selling them food that made them fat.

Stupid is right. Caveat emptor.

And to think the courts entertained all these nonsense...
