anone driving honda civic fd1? do u change the wiper yourself? was planning to buy from carrefour or giant due to convenience. but got a few type, don't know if they are compatible.

any bros bought from there and using it can share? thx

if u driving 07 and before civic fd 1, u dont have much choice of wipers...just change the blades will do.

 

if u are driving 08 and above...lots of choices for u to consider

If yours is face-lift FD (around SJK vehicle registration numbers) you have the better wiper design than the older FD's. Go to Thian Seng (Waterloo St) or other supplier to buy a pair of original Honda rubber blades and change those only. Maybe they can help you to change. About $30 per pair.

 

I advise NOT to change to other brands of blades with holders. Some holders look ugly and frail.

driving fd 2009. so does it mean not selling at carrefour / giant cannot fit into the bracket?

Why don't you just drive there, take out the existing one then bring into Carrefour / Giant and see if bracket same? Unless there is only 1 brand being sold, there is chance anyone who post here actually bought a different kind right?

 

Or else go Autobacs Bukit Timah, they allow you to try and fix before buying, or you can just ask the sales person there to advise.

Get from stockist, thian seng or mingkee

Just change the rubber can already.

Yours already blade less right?

Much nicer than After market ones.

Mostly Honda..

Toyota as well ..

 

Majority I keep Honda Stocks... Abit of Toyota and Mitsubishi.

 

I can service most cars.. otherwise I got other recommended place for those I cant.
