i bought time at upper east coast road.... just the nippon paint store outside siglap centre.....

 

total 400+ i think.. including the plastic to lay on the floor.... martex white paint and 2 other colours paint

where you stay ? East side I can recommend shop @ Ubi Ave 2. Price wun anyhow ketoh but cash terms only. The trick is not to buy paint out from factory, get them to mix for you.

If u stay west than can go along the upper bukit timah road( Next to Hokkien association and the bus stop) That is where I freq, very convenient to load the stuff iand they sell dulax paint!

Why need recommendation? Walk into any paint shop or hardware shop which can be found all over the place.

 

If you want cheap, try jalan besar, I think upp weld road corner. Buy in drum instead of can, but damn heavy especially when I was 50kg and had to carry it up 4 storey without lift.

I would suggest you go to the shop that only sell paints and painting accessories. Normally they do delivery for certain amount spent.
