Wondering how come when car already reached 9th year still need inspection? Only one more year to scrap lo. Unless the car already extended COE. But when car past 10th year with extended COE, is the inspection yearly?

the 9th year inspection is to ensure the car is "good to go" should the owner decide to extend coe but to owner who decide to scrap on 10th year ... too bad lor

else the inspection on 7th year is already too long to ascertain the car condition
