Opel17 6th Gear December 2, 2012 Share December 2, 2012 When we came back on 30/11/2012 (4:30pm), the jam went back all the way to JB CIQ entry lanes, before chop passports. When we reached the SG end, we were diverted to trucks clearance zone. So sometime it is good to stay on the far left lanes, and hope to be diverted through the" shortcut". TVT Supercharged December 3, 2012 Share December 3, 2012 Nowadays the ICA officers come out from their booth to match the passports to the occupants in the vehicles.......noticed this 2-3 mths ago.......not sure if this leads to longer waiting time boh..... They came out because they could not view all the passenger properly thru their window. Otherwise they no need to do so. They are still practicing this procedure. I don't think it will add to the jam cos they don't take long to check the headcount. ↡ Advertisement
