I like the zhichar opposite this stall too. This is by far the 4th reno they're doing, could be an attempt to drown business off from these old tenants and get them to sell out. I think u meant Flame Grill, it is nice n still operating, Once Upon a Thyme closed liao. The rest of the western food, I dont recommend. One shopI bought from his mother now passed on, the son running with his wife, the son is a farker, the wife knows how to do business. If it wasn't for her, I'd say he would have gone down the drain.
