Bandar Malaysia already sold interest of about 60% to Iskandar and Chinese right? The fellas who bought it are actually Chinese train builders and operators and Iskandar - which is JB Sultan concern I think. There was an economic interest in the Chinese buying it. I don't think the fck-up that is 1MDB has any bearing to this. finally spotted . . . . as iskandar's majority investments from ah tiong plus contributions from our local prop investors . . . . and jb sultan's assurances . . . . something better communicable transportation must be built there, right? but any after iskandar to kl, then its bet. arhjib kor and ah tiong liao...... this is made clear from ah khaw & pinky too . . . . its just nice for 2030's retirement village to be built there as what ah khaw had promised in 2014...... its really 人算不如天算 !!! remember, many had oledi said here that we'll be old by then and old with lots of CPFs holdup so, the abovementioned will come true !!! 2 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

They need to plan for further expansion...
