Anyone has more info on the new K3?

Heard it will arrive in our shores by Mid Year.

Will it be better than the current Elantra? What's your guess on the price? Same as the Elantra?

Discuss n any info on the engine, chassis is most welcomed.

Yes it will surely flop cos of the coe

I guess to be fair we should specify whether it is the car itself that flop or the sales that flop (due to COE).

and i think the previous design was nicer..

Yep, the K3 looks like it was based on the Avante/Elantra although I know they share the same chassie, they should make it look different

went to C&C today and spoke to a SE. You need $1k to place a deposit.

the equipment level is quite high and for the price, seems like a good bet. Will seriously consider whether to switch over to this car.

Did you ask what's the minimum rebate level they are bidding for you?

Previous design looks more sporty, whereas the new forte looks more 'executive'.

My advice: Test drive first. Kimchi packaging and showroom appeal is first rate. Very easy to be swept off the showroom floor. But the engineering and drive factor still somewhat lagging.
