He/she was on high beam some more. Maybe he/she thought he/she has the right of way and the rest are all against the flow of traffic. -_-

A pity license plate couldn't be captured...

Either drunk or no license...

This is too ridiculous! Whoever head-on with this car is super duper HENG for day1 in CNY.

So far no news is good news? Hopefully nobody so HENG.

I've encountered another during my NS.

We were traveling in our Land Rover on the Benjamin Sheares Bridge towards our base after a duty past midnight. Our vehicle was traveling beri fast and suddenly the brake jolted all of us awake with a loud horn from our driver. Then we saw an old Indian man riding his Honda Cub traveling in the opp direction passing us just be a whisker....... :o

The rider seems oblivious throughout the ordeal.......maybe he's drunk??? [laugh]

We couldn't gave chase and couldn't see his bike number as well........ <_<

may be the driver came from a country that drive on the left?

This is exactly why i say drivers who put all sorts of colourful lights in front n back can cause confusion in situations like this.

The other day i saw a truck colour his fog lights red n off his main beam.

If u see this truck on a dark narrow road coming towards u...u wil think he going same direction but actually he is heading straight fr u n by e time u realise its too late n might crash head on.
