Accident claim

hi all , i was involved in a chain accident last yr and went to see a doctor 3 days after the accident. Till date , have not receive a single cent from medical claim from my law firm. Was informed that the doctor refused to write a medical report to facilities my claim. What or how can i do anything to do about it. Am confuse here...My insurance renewal premium is way much more expensive, thats why i need to medical claim money ..... PLS advice....

You claim against your own policy or 3rd party ? I am guessing you claim own damage...were you the last car ?

Claim can take very long. My dad had one claim which took more than 6 years and it was those kind of clear-cut case. He got rear ended at a slip road.

take my first accident for example, 3 years and still fighting away.

 

doctor refused your medical report, that mean not serious. how many days of mc you got?

i got a month..

 

if you thinking of using the compensation for your medical fee, don't bother..

health comes first, use from your own pocket..

 

my medical fee also more than 5 digits, resulting from this wait

i was involved in a 5 car chain accident. was the second last car... got a workshop to do claim for me...ws appointed a law firm to claim my medical . lawyer send a notification letter to me last yr that they will handle my case, but until recently i called them up and realise that it is not done due to the doctor refusing to write in a medical report. my mc was just 2 days and i did see the doctor within 1 week from the accident date... wad else can i do??? need the medical claim badly to fund in for my high premium insurance this year

Was informed that the doctor refused to write a medical report to facilities my claim.

 

That means the doc is very skeptical whether the injury you claim to have is real, and if the extend of your injuries are real, if they are related to the accident.

 

At the end of day, only you know if you really had those injuries. The doctor obviously has his doubts. They tend to give patients benefit of doubts esp if u pay a lot of money to see specialist (I am assuming though, as a lot of ppl who kena accident likes to see specialist to make the other side suffer)

Btw no way u be able to get any claims now for ur ins premium lar

They havent even finalized the result

 

Side note

Ins premium there r some with credit card 0% instal one

Pay first

 

If in the end u win 80% if I nv forgot

They will rebate u back accordingly

 

Mine in yr 09 exactly like yours 2 nd last car

I kp calling my lawyer from ws one

Kp pestering them on the stage

Done in 3 yrs

 

On the day of accident

My claim guy know my case
