Ryosuke 1st Gear March 16, 2013 Share March 16, 2013 (edited) if a commercial vehicle is reg on year 2000. the COE was then renew in 2007 and the new expiry date is 2017. for such case, is it still able to extend the COE for 3 more years till 2020 when it expires in 2017? Commercial are allow max 20yrs, you have renew for another 10yrs, so 2017 need to scrapped. I believe you took advantage of the low premium and forgone the 3yrs balance in the initial 10yrs.
