This Audi driver was spotted changing lanes over the road divider chevrons by STOMPer by STOMPer Seah, moments before a cab hit the vehicle at Crawford Street

 

The accident saw both vehicles carried side-by-side by the taxi's momentum over a short distance.

 

The STOMPer wrote.

 

"This morning I saw a collision near the junction of Crawford Street and North Bridge Road between an Audi Sport and a City Cab taxi.

 

"Who is right and who is wrong? It's your guess!"

nevermind la R8 driver got $.taxi lao also pua hiong go and long R8 and then claim gao gao from lost of income,medical fee and other misc claims.

easily 20k claim from taxi lao.

my thought also if the respond time is too short, if the taxi has camera to prove, maybe can reduce to 50/50.

many many moons ago, my friend did a similar stunt by cutting across the chevron near KK hospital. the car (as in the taxi position) did stop in time but a lady driver behind this car ramp into it. As my friend didn't get hit, he came out, talk to the other 2 parties and drive off. He later told me he smell alcohol from that lady.
