Turbocharged

must be typo error.

nope it's not. unit is ground floor facing the main road.

unit is actually about to be closed if i understand correctly ... definitely under the target price, but it will set a new benchmark for ground floor.

(the last unit sold was inside the mall @ 14,000psf - owner sold 1001sqft for 14mil)

almost 25,000 psf. mus find out the rental rates in the area. how much will the rental yield be? although lucky plaza has good human traffic, it doesnt mean every passerby has the purchasing power.

i rather spend 22million to buy 2 small coffeeshops, if i have the $ lah. [laugh]

i think u would have to peddle drugs in the shop to make economic sense

or turn it into a jolibee kitchen. Only for takeaways.

While he's at it ask for 220 million la. Min risk x10 the reward. Then sell at 50% at 110m and tell press they suffer a loss. Sigh times are bad.
