Hi all,

It's kind of complicated. I have this part time housekeeper for a while.

She's currently holding an S pass, however as her boss's company wind downing soon, her S pass will be cancelled in a month's time and she will be going back to Myanmar.

I have interest in hire her as my full time domestic helper.

Wondering if it is even possible?

Thanks all. [:)]

I advise you is dun attempt something you will regret. She will end up in jail. No joke.

Supersonic

She is doing illegal work as a part time maid which is confirmed not allowed as a S pass holder. As her pass is not meant to be a domestic maid. You better stop hiring her illegally, as you might be in trouble if someone find out.

Domestic helper could include more than duties of being a maid. I saw one job ads placed by an expat for such post which include educating kids also. Obviously, the requirements are higher.

Not sure if foreign workers are allowed into such post or how they classify such post for foreigners.

she would need to go back Myanmar first, then you reapply her to come back as FDW.

should be possible.
