When I see the car park rate, I noticed that it is $1.00 per 30 mins. That car park is outside CBD and why is URA charging $1 for 30 mins? Did you take a look at the parking lots lines colour? Yellow lots is from 7.00am to 5.00pm - $1/- per half hour. After 5.00pm is $1/- per hour ... URA does not mean cheapo and walk over...or try exiting Taka at the wrong time.....anyone who thinks road rage is silly can try do so...THEN tell me if your blood dont boil when you cannot move for 30mins..1 hour to get out of town!!!! Kobey 1st Gear June 5, 2013 Share June 5, 2013 My practice is always know how much beforehand the carpark which I plan to park at. Its a habit. If you don't check the rates beforehand, you should be prepared for the unexpected. Certain carparks charge you something like $10 per entry (Chijmnes after 5pm). So if you go in at the wrong timing, like 4.30 or what and leave after 5pm, you end up paying like $14 for parking an hour. Make sure you have alot of credit in the cashcard if you intend to park without checking man. Don't hold up the traffic behind the gantry :P Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
