Picnic06-Biante15 Supersonic June 17, 2013 Share June 17, 2013 Read from ST 'Breaking News' " : SingTel hints at fee changes in letter to BPL subscribers Singtel lost a match against a government ruling on cross-carriage earlier this month, but launched a counter-attack last week by sending a strongly worded letter to its BPL subscribers. In the letter, the pay-TV provider urged its customers not to take any action until the outcome of its appeal to the Media Development Authority is known. It admitted that mio TV had "missed some goals" in the past, "but like any good football team, we will work harder and keep bouncing back to give fans something to cheer about". So Singtel will jack up the price for "ALL" customers and probably only MioTV subscribers will get some form of kick back. So if you go the Starhub way, be prepared to pay more. (It was like this before Mio came into the picture) I have both SH and ST box at home.. don't see a problem with that.. my SH box is in SD (cos they charge even more for HD Hubstation box rental ), while MIO box comes default in HD (and it's free rental).. MDA rules state that prices must be the same across the rules.. besides, as i pointed out..
