Lol.Value for money from online stores would be Samsung, LG. Locally available and good mid range would be Philips and sharp. Money no object: IQAir Money big object: DIY My pocket objected, so I went with DIY. Filter media turned quite dark after just one night's use. (Different ambient lighting so not so pronounced in pics) Now I'm saving up to buy a particle counter... and a more powerful fan... Also looking for 1-inch thick high-MERV filters. The filter is a chunky close to a 4 inch depth. it really filters. This is a true HEPA filter but on the down side its rather expensive for replacement.
