agree they came a long way...improve a lot to move away towkay image...but tail lights dont do for me

Agreed.. Seen the real thing in HKG... front is nice.. rear is quite bad.. look like a hyundai or chevy...

Personally I hope so but doubt it.

 

Based on est $35k OMV (the c class is between $32k to $34k)

and $73k COE, it works out to $150K+, giving a gross profit of close to $30k

excluding misc costs.

Actually it all depends on the OMV.

The CLA is supposed to be positioned between the B and C class. Indication is that the price would be lower than the C Class.

 

Make sense in a way as the CLA is smaller in size compared to the C class and it is FWD instead of RWD. The OMV should also be lower than the C class.

 

Even if they launched it at 170k for the CLA180, I cannot afford the 85k downpayment.

PI price is for CLA250 .... C&C entry model is CLA 180. Specs wise, lots of difference, and of course the price is different.

 

Main concern with the CLA is the space and the sloping roof of the car. Tall passengers will not find the rear seats comfortable.
