Ingenius Turbocharged July 4, 2013 Share July 4, 2013 (edited) That's why Taiwan recently changed their law to punish drin driving very severely, mandatory one or two years jail for drink driving. every year, 500+ cases of death resulted from drink driving, and most recently a young fine doctor was killed by a drunk driver and caused an uproar. i am not surprised, driving condition in taiwan is nightmarish . a car can easily beat ten red traffic lights there at one go, as i have witnessed it myself. goodness.
