Or maybe the person in charge take all the money for the animals care n put in his pocket? That give him a steady income. Indonesia is like that. Everybody wil find a way to make money out of anything. I see the pics of the animals I wan to vomit. Such cruelty. Maybe get the person in charge n put him in one of the cages n treat him the same as he treat those amimals. Slowly starve him to death. Then he know how it feels.
