My house got the System 3 a/c from F*jits* from C*urts.and only been in use for 1yr plus.recently, the a/c could not cool my room even though switched on for hours.you can only feel the cold air IF you are sitting directly below it.if you move away from the cool 'spot', the rest of the room is actually normal room temperature. this is even after hours of switching it on. and this happens for all the other units in the house.

called 2 different a/c maintenance companies,1 only cleaned the a/c and vaccum the piping.same result.

another company, cleaned everything, and topped up the gas.cool for a few days, but now back to normal. called C*urts so many times and yet they only send external vendors instead of technicians from F*jits*. and still its the same.

Does any bros here know what's the exact problem or could recommend me any reliable a/c maintenance contractors who could help me to rectify this at an affordable price? Do note my a/c compressor is still under warranty. [bigcry]

on a side note, can i call up F*jits* directly to ask them to come down and rectify?getting fedup of paying those maintenance contractors while the problem goes unresolved.

Bro, It is most likely your air-con leak. If it feels cool but couldn't cool the room even with strong air, it means the aircon system has insufficient gas. After they top up, it will feel cool until your gas leak away again. If your system is under warranty, call courts to come again and ask them to check the gas content inside. See the gauge for yourself. Refer to the webby below for pressure reference. Please note that there are to different pressure point which they measure. If they say it is low, do not accept a top up. Because a perfect aircon system should never leak. It is meant to be a close system whereby the gas are circulate inside continuously without coming into contact with outside air at all. Demand courts to replace the complete piping system, only that will solve the problem cause it is not easy to catch where the leak comes from.

In Summary,

Get them to come again and check the gas content, see the gauge for yourself. Gas low= leak. Demand courts to replace the piping system

PS. replace the piping system because it is not factory made whereby they have a QC. It is installed by man, therefore more susceptible to poor installation.

Drop me a pm if you need help.

What you can do is get the authorize agent from the said brand to get it fixed. Pay for it first. Hand the bill/invoice to the company you bought from, make sure you make a copy of the bill. If they boh chap go to CASE and dan go to small claims tribunal to make the claim. Anything below $10k small claims can settle. I know it's tedious and requires a lot of your time but you will get what you want.
