I too catch no ball.

Why not just ask Cheryl again and tell her, if you want us to celebrate your birthday, please tell us.

Otherwise check Cheryl's facebook.

If not, just don't bother.

At such a young age, boys being taught that girls are so complicated creatures.

Ask when her birthday she gives 10 possible days.

Also making the students assume that Albert and Bernard shared the info afterwards (not expressly stated in the question that they shared info to cross check.).

d england grammar sucks arse how to answer when cannot understand wat its asking?

Today's elementary maths question machiam like testing your england.

When first time I saw a simple mathematical solution need a Phd in english literature to solve, I went "WTF!??" [crazy]

IMO, this is like putting an acedemic death sentence to student's who's English isn't up to certain "standard".

This is Unfair, Unjust and an epic failure to deliver education to Singapore's diverse spectrum of students. [thumbsdown]

Aug 17 - If B was told 18 or 19, B would know the answer immediately(which would contradict A's 1st statement part 1). Thus May 19 and June 18 is eliminated.
A couldnt have been told it is June as A says that the doesnt know the answer after eliminating June 18 thus June 17 is also ruled out.
After A's 1st statement, Bernard ruled out June 17 and found out the answer. As June 17 was eliminated because of A's statement, B must have been told 17 was the date. As only the pair of June 17 & Aug 17 will deduce an answer after eliminating June 17. The rest of the date pairs would not give B a definite answer.
