Toilet sanitary pipe

Need to seek advice. Notice that there was some water dipping out from the 2 small round caps (not sure what to call it) in the common toilet sanitary pipe. Will painting the pipe be able to stop the dipping? What type of paint is best for toilet sanitary pipes?

paint only stop temporary..

the main WC pipe that runs thru the entire block? beta get plumber to check..

use this to tape it before tightening the cap.

Problem is the pipe is spray with rock stone by the previous owner, & when I move in, my contractor just use normal paint to paint over it. So may not be easy to untighten the cap.

...mayb can scrap off the rockstones than check where the leakage is...clean up with sand-paper at the leak

area and apply water proof silicon but do it late at night as there are less ppl using the toilet...

I have just call HDB. They will send someone down to check what is the problem.
