Free Parking Hours Under the said scheme, you may enjoy free parking hours between 7am to 10.30pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. However, in some car parks, the free parking hours may span from 1pm to 7pm, or from 1pm to 10.30pm. This is determined by the localized parking situation.
