Nobody deserved to be smack till in hospital under observation. It's not hard to see who is the aggressor here. Can't see whether the aggressive one shoved the auntie first or hit the auntie first... but auntie should not have reacted. Better for auntie to pretend fall down and injured, then call police! One of my cousins stabbed a guy who attacked him and he was arrested together with his attacker. But then he was let off with a warning in the end.
