Bukit Timah Shopping Center level 1 (just beside OCBC) - Chao Kang, look for old physician Yang.

Treatment session was short (~5-10minutes). Very effective for me, but charges might tend to be on the high side. Sprained my back and the treatment for 1 session was $50.

Another 1 might be Blk 603, Clementi West Street 1 (HDB flat near Ginza, West Coast Plaza).

Good physicians usually have odd opening hours. Would be good to call and check their operating hours before making a trip,

Another 铁打医生 that treated me is 沈医师 at Yishun Chong Pang Village, Blk 123. He already passed his skills and clinic to son and I hope the standard still good.

In case the telephone number is needed: 64694628 or 97635517 (Physician Yang at Bukit Timah Shopping Center, level 1).

The other one at West Coast/Clementi is 6777 6765 (sometimes this telephone is answered by the Filipino helper).

They can be closed at certain days or time. Better to call them before making the trip, it can be painful to reach there to find that they are closed.

This old physician is good.

This old physician Yang changed my opinion about traditional TCM physio treatment.

Some time in year 1999, I hurt my back and I only had faith in western medicine. So I approached NUH and was directed to do

a series of sono scan, MRI etc and was diagnosed by the specialist doctor as having a "prolapsed" disc. The pain carried on for 1 year and I couldn't even bend my back beyond 20 degrees. I had to bend my kneels to lower myself in order to wash my hands at the basin, yes, it was that bad. A series of physio therapies, thermal and electrical treatments at NUH only alleviated the pain during each treatment but the pain would come back soon after the sessions.

I thought I had to carry on with this for the rest of my life. I came across physician Yang's shop (clinic) at Bukit Timah . I initially went to his shop for foot reflexology but shared with him my predicament. He treated my back for 2 times, and it was fully cured 2 weeks later.

Ever since, he became my first choice for bone-setting treatments. For treatment of certain issues, TCM is still better.

But be very careful, if the body had been operated before or gone through surgery to have parts removed or inserted, the body may not be suitable for bone-setting treatments.

Take note, there are a lot of dubious TCM/ foot reflexology and "bone setting" shops especially in Beauty World. I avoid Beauty World for such serious treatments.

I only trust the shop sitting at OCBC Bukit Timah Shopping Center (the very same building "famous" for maid agencies).

Go to Tan Ching Ngee Chinese Physician at Ghim Moh. Be warned that it will be a painful treatment. That man has really strong fingers and it hurts like hell when he kneads the injured area!

I believe you might be referring to the arcade game shop at the basement of Bukit Timah Shopping Center.

Yes, it is still around. Walked past but saw a sign "members only".
