The new C is nice, so if priced competitively, it will sell like hotcakes.

I reckon it'll still sell like hotcakes whatever the price. Juz look at the CLA.

with that kind of price, does it makes more sense to get a E class?

E-200 is selling at about 227k after the overtrades and etc. Way overpriced in my opinion. The cost is only about 173k or so.

the new s class is certainly not selling well

F10 was having promotion, after all the discount, overtrade and goodies,

nett around 210K....

Good Deal?

I hope new C comes in soon, but seems now they are still heavily promoting GLA ans CLA models

Someone told me new A4 coming in Oct-14 also, brand new model as well

is the promo still on? the list price is 246k, is pml so generous to give 36k overtrade?

the design is so much better, really futuristic...I think BM designers have gone to Merz company...bimmer has not been improving in their design...very lame and the same old thing

the sales man from C&C text me the new C will be launching in end July-14

......

Lets see how the price will be like....

For features, i would like the HUD (heads up display) to be included

but i heard the Air Suspension is an expansive option and often needs replacement

about COMMAND online, i read in a forum somewhere we can actually buy outside of C&C with 3rd party traders who will do installation together with the purchase and it is way cheaper? Dunno how true

I share the same sentiment n agree with Viceroymenthol on this.

It looks fat. Why couldn't they have added some stylized swage lines to make the side profile appear slimmer, like A4 and 3er?

perhaps a fatter 230/40/18" rim profile will improve it [sly]

Generally the F cars drive better than the Ws.

but generally, F cars more reliable than W cars?

I doubt so.

Older models sure those W r more relaible. Now hard to say but still I think the W is more reliable.

Even COE cars can still find W but dun rerally see F???

The air suspension... the same one used in the s class?

Replacement cost I heard is quite ex.

Correct.

Ride is syiok (carpet ride) but when it gave way (suddenly, no warning), cant drive at all, car very low, need to tow.

One side alone is around 2-3K.

Kena before, no joke.

oldest F is less than 10 years old i believe.. so will not find any COE F car.

There are E COE cars around, not as many as W.

There is a generation of W cars which shares Chrysler parts that should be avoided.

by one side you mean, left/right side, ie. front left+rear left / front right+rear right,

so if all change is 4-6K?

F10 is the 1st model of the F series and it is launched in Y2009/2010, the car now only 5 years old ... where got people buy COE.

There are a lot of W123/124 on the road but I have never seen a E12 or E28 or even a E34 on the road.

Yes, abt 1.5K per unit. Workshop in KL as it happened there/wangsa maju area.

Air suspension - besides the nice carpeted ride especially when cruising at highway, it also allow the driver to raise or lower the car up to his fancy (esp flooding/tall hump). But the reliability is a concern, as it can breakdown at low mileage eg 40K+ km only.

If you buy Merc - there is a local forum where i find it quite useful.

My home MSCP got E9. Want to view it?

I have seen E34 on the road. In fact, Mockingbird sold off his E34 6 mths to 1 yr ago.

If i have S$300k cash on hand, i would love to buy that E39 ///M5.

It is not about the reliability of the car. It is about getting the right ppl to take care of it.
