Has Sgcarmart become one of those sites with annoying ads?

Every time you click on a used car you want to view, some stupid banner about drink driving comes up. It reminds me of those file hosting sites which has a pop up every time you click on the download button. Has Sgcarmart become a website that is filled with unnecessary pop ups? What is really annoying is that it's the same banner every time. This has never happened with any other banner except the one about drink driving.

Yes, it is annoying because it pops up every single time when you open a new page. Just click anywhere on the page outside the banner to close it.

I do understand the govt wants to pass the message of severity of drink driving very much but that kind of campaign is too aggressive..

 

every 10 clicks you come out once is already too much, but every site change the ad comes up is unacceptable..

 

obviously the person that did that has no passion in the work he does.. if he did, he would have brought it up that it will only causes lesser people to visit the site. which is common sense...

Media Corps has two really annoying adds on the radio.

The first is their Christmas thank you ad

 

It's a group singing an arkapella type song and they just can't sing in tune. Awful.

 

The second is for the 8km run at CNY. Unless I understand it wrongly they are expecting 15,000 participants

There is a lucky draw of S$88,888 and the male and female winners of the run will get S$2888 each.

 

With other prizes and give aways a total prize of maybe S$150,000 say.

 

But the individual entance/registration fee ?? is S$68 min.

 

That's an totat income of S$1,020,000 and a heffty profit.
