Any workshop can repair manual gearbox?

Hi All,

My Optra manul gearbox got some problem, can anyone recommend reliable workshop to repair,

if cannot repaired, normally how much to change a new one? and is it possible to trade in old one?

Manual gearbox rarely give problem and it's very durable.

 

What is the problem with it first?

 

Have you change gearbox oil and clutch before?

Changed gear oil in last service, now 7000km from last service, total mileage 85000km

the problem normally happened after half hour driving, there are "click" sound only while disengaging from 1.3.5 gear, 2,4 & R gear no problem, engage all gears no problem,

Alpine diagnosed "gear bite",

Agent is impossible cheap, and they won't trade in old gearbox

my father in law optra > 120k liao, change clutch nia

u try find scrapyard lor..else...scrap/change car

call scrapyards to check with them is the fastest way. workshop also get 2nd hand gearbox from scrapyards.
