( if any bros recalled him , he was recently convicted .....Siah Kwang Yong or was it Yung.) many years back, he was discharged from saf as reported in papers. Diagnosed with borderline low IQ as per papers. From my interactions with him, seems that borderline low can go very wrong. In the sense that its still high enough to plot, but not high enough (wisdom lacking?) to understand the repercussions of actions. And also very easily misled by others. Nut case. Nothing wrong actually. It is because of his low "IQ" that got him kicked out from one school to the other. That was probably how he got the uniforms.
