Similar incident happened to me last year. I was driving along a narrow road and suddenly this white BMW driver very impatient and cannot wait for me to pass and hit my mirror. I checked later and got scratches. I regret my reaction was not fast enough to press the button to retract my mirrors. Anyway his loss since his car is relatively new and mine is already 8 years old.

using iOne-3800FU. I wouldn't recommend it because most of the time can't capture number plates.

haha. yea will just park inside office next time. Actually this is the third time. First time should be similar to this because my side mirror cover was broken. That time I haven't installed camera so I couldn't catch the culprit. Second time, A lorry tried to park behind me and scratched my side bumper. Luckily I saw the whole thing as I was smoking outside. It was minor scratch only so I just accept his apology and let him go.

No I didn't fold my mirrors. It's not Motorized folding and very inconvenient to fold it everytime I park my car.

 

 

I wonder if I fold my mirrors will it solve the problem? Cars will still try to squeeze through and if not mirror they could still hit car body.

Yea i guess he dropped someone off in front and came back. He stopped there because another car was coming towards him. Look like he has learnt the lesson.
