Strange that they don't have an equipped first-aid box with scissors inside the train, though?? I thought these safety issues are audited? Anyway, yes, as the comments say, no point getting angry at the train staff over delays... they are just pawns poorly led and managed. I don't think they benefit much from fare hikes.
