"However… I did find an interesting case study (a study with only one individual). It was an 88 year old man who consumed 25 eggs per day.

He had normal cholesterol levels and was in very good health (37).

Of course, a study of one doesn’t prove anything, but it’s interesting nonetheless."

I read before eggs are okay to eat more..but the issue is the hormone chemicals and stuff farmers feed to the chickens and these 'goodies' get passed onto the eggs.. those might jot be safe for human consumption in the long run..

I always buy the smallest egg at the market every Sat at 10 for $1.50

The egg is fresh from Singapore farm, I have been buying from them for 30 yrs.

The shell for small egg is very hard, big egg got thinner shell.

Which is better?

Usually 3-4 per day. Sometimes 4 scrambled eggs as breakfast.

I am guessing:- you starting body building?

weekdays 2 fried eggs in the morning

weekend depends

my preference is oily with the yolf half cooked type

I like to have oily yolk half cooked type for my breakfast beehoon-mee.... add some dark soya sauce !! [thumbsup]

misconception is that chicken eggs are laden with bad cholesterol . . . this is not true. I love hard boiled eggs!

Red-coloured hard boiled eggs with sliced ginger!! [thumbsup][thumbsup] (for full-moon baby celebration)
