if after he collect the ticket and move off, then he procees to go make third party claim against the bus??

Yep. Definitely will be able to claim fully from the bus. Probably can get back the summon amt as well.

The TP statement also no use ma. Only proves that the bus really hit a stationary car. Even if the car is illegally parked, the damage is caused by the bus driver.

next time if illegal parking tp should tow the car impound it .

 

then those who go claim the car must submit one week in advance to LTA who in turn pass to TP who in turn pass their car photos and their face to SPH who print out their face beside their car ........
