Not a coffee drinker to begin with, but I ended up with a nespresso and a CBTL machine. This happened when I experienced some short term memory loss and read it somewhere that coffees slows rate of brain cells deteriorating.

 

I am forgetting a lot of things these days.

and to free up our time. Smart phone, tablet, laptop, appst

 

and office productivity software like excel,

 

word, powerpoint. So many things that I have less time to do

 

the simple things I like. No wonder people say life is so stressful

 

and complicated. I think the real reason is people making all these

 

things to make our lives easier. All it does is make our lives more

 

busy and complicated.
