Just completed my 5K servicing using synthetic oil. Used 8,000 DUO points for $50, pay only $8.96. Cheap cheap LOL

Can update me if you got any fc improvement ? How many duo points are you left with? Are you planning to use your remaining points for npmp?

Will use 8K ($50) again for 10K servicing and 32K ($200) for NPMP. Now left 48K. Edited by Pocy

Turbocharged

morning heavy rain.

came down and realised how good the water repellant effect of the coating when i saw the difference between my car and my neightbour's car. lol.

one totally dry. one all wet.

hope it lasts!

Somehow, my coating seems to repel water, but it doesn't dry quickly. [:|]

Drying of the water its either by wiping or moving your car off and let nature take its course to dry

No such paint dries water

If it repels water, then what is there to dry? I don't get it

well, it beads water, has some repellency, but not total repellency.

Mainly my bonnet, roof and tailgate surfaces. Side surfaces are mostly dry within a hour or so.

Maybe it's my car's design. I know the tailgate tends to collect water on the edge due to a little aerodynamics dip.

I reckon all our X-Trail are facing this issue. I suggest the next one of us check with TC when doing servicing and update the rest of us. Better to have collective effort to deal such issue with TC.
