Compared with the progress / innovation in IT, some food segments are really stagnant.

 

Take this humble rojak recipe, the opportunities for more kinky, out-of-the-box ideas are endless.

 

well maybe someone did try before but the exotic rojak stall didn't make it as most people go back to mainstream rojak.

 

Just like in the Singapore car market, most people still buy toyota regardless what value or innovation other car has.
