This place was featured a few weeks back in a CH8 prog. The salmon & cod fish seemed cheap. Will probable go this weekend as it's not too far from my place.

Salmon sashimi goes for around $90 per kg at Cold Storage or Sukuraya. But those are different cut and quality. The prices at Fassler is about the cheapest in the market but the quality falls short.

I'm not a hardcore gourmet though I can tell the difference between the good ones and the average one. I still think the dollar to value ratio is better with the average ones. Fassler still keep their sashimi grade salmon fillet the same price. So I usually buy those and bring home and cut them up myself. Its not too difficult to cut. Hope no one lecture me on the art of cutting since for a layman like me, it still taste darn good.
