Sure. it will only be delivered by early to mid July. At least it did state that it's suction can hold on curves (ie something like our car dashboard). I bought a few kinds (from Qoo), all cannot stick for even 10 secs.

 

 

True indeed. I bought from Groupon. Cheap and comes with two pieces. Only stick on glass. A big no on dash. CMI.

 

Hopefully exo can solve the problem. Tks.

I just received the exogear holder. First impression is that it does not have that cheapo feel. Suction is definitely STRONGER. I will let it go under the sun tomorrow cause usually the heat will make it lose its grip/suction.

 

Let's hope its really a patented product.

Does anyone know if there is a mount where you can just slide your iPhone in with a dock at the end for charging connection?

 

Waited for years for something like this but don't see any in the market, closest one is the Smart Skin but a bit complicated.

 

Only mostly grip or clasps type in the market.

 

Maybe someone can help lead me to a manufacturer who can make this design so can make $$$, got some ideas leh...

There are outlets in Singapore selling but at around S$50. However if the suction is not working up to mark within 6months, you can change. If you buy from Ebay shipped from HK, it will be USD$29.90 (plus shipping)

I think this model will cost more. I already emailed the company who inturn directed me to the distributor in Singapore. For my model its $50.

Good, think I will get one also. Its very handy.

 

But contemplating which to get? Dashboard or CD!!!

If you use the CD mount type, won't it block the CD from putting in or reject, when you want to change a CD ??

 

And some CD players are put quite below the dash, usually below aircon vents.....so if put GPS may not be appropriate unless you don't need to view the GPS screen.... just my tot lah.
