Lol, whenever there is an accident happened, confirmed other party will say something in his own report that is not favour to you lo. Who will admit that he is in the wrong and created the accident, esp in situation that no evident that can shown which party is at fault. That's why the person can say anything he wants.

Then with the pictures, it also shows that he wanted to do that.

If you had an accident, and you know its your fault but the scene shows there is a 50/50 chance you can win, will you change your story and accuse the other driver ?

 

Almost all say Yes...

I don't and I have never. even 1 time I reverse in the car park and hit a car behind, I wrote I reverse and hit him.

I think TS still has good chance to win the case. Cos the other driver admits moving into his lane , and photo evidence shows TS front against Honda's side.

 

If TS has knocked into Honda's ass , then Honda has a stroger case.
