The Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class was launched in Singapore recently to much acclaim and has the likes of the Compact SUVs - also known colloquially as Urban SUVs - Audi Q3, BMW X1 and Range Rover Evoque in sight.

Underpinning the GLA-Class is the front-wheel drive platform akin to the A-Class, CLA-Class and B-Class. The front fascia is reminiscent of the A-Class family and unlike most SUVs, even compact versions, the GLA is not big and bossy thanks in part to the compact dimensions.

It measures 4,417mm in length, 1,804mm in width and stands just 1,494mm tall - 50mm and 100mm lower than the Audi Q3 and the BMW X1 respectively. To be honest, in person, the GLA looks like the A-Class on platform shoes.

The GLA is currently available in three variants: The petrol powered GLA 200 and GLA 250 4MATIC and the diesel powered GLA 200 CDI.

Hahah. Bro, we are talking about Mercedes Benz here so definitely it will be kinda star-stuck. [sunny]

Not to worry guys! If anyone is keen, please do register!!! If you are a car lover, you should know how Mercedes Benz produce their cars. Their reliability and the prestige branding they always have is tag along with their badge.

They are like Rolex, it's the most mainstream luxury car brands you could ever own!

Anyway, we welcome all members to join this festive event. :D :D :D

Unfortunately, given current enforcement, my fast driving days on Sg roads are over. I always go up North to "play". :D
